The “When I Grow Up” series currently contains 19 readers with more to be published in 2023. They have been created to provide Papua New Guinea children with the opportunity to see themselves in professional roles and to think about what they want to be when they grow up. The readers are suitable for children in the 5-10 age-group, contain large text and images which assist the children with comprehension. Used as part of Buk bilong Pikinini’s Early Childhood Education program.
